Can green tea give you spots when you first start drinking it?
Hi, I just started drinking green tea on Saturday and I’ve noticed since then that I’ve started coming out in spots. I am due on so it could also be this but I seem to have more than I would usually get. Is this because of the green tea? Will it get better?

It may be your having a slight reaction to green tea and it’s playing havoc with your hormones which are starting to build up and are all over the place at the moment just before you start.
Try drinking it after you have finished when your body has calmed down and see what happens then.
Only thing I can suggest.
